We stand behind the quality of our flowers, plants, and designs. That’s why we guarantee that our floral arrangements will stay fresh for at least five days after delivery. Our plants arrive healthy and in excellent condition, and if they don’t, we encourage you to call us at the first sign of trouble. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it right. Your happiness and trust mean the world to us.

When it comes to delivery, we strive to accommodate special requests, though we can’t always guarantee an exact time. If you have a preferred delivery window, let us know in the Special Delivery Instructions at checkout, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
