Like a familiar friend, we’re thrilled to welcome you to our shop. As you explore our
eclectic floral and gift shop, we want you to feel at home. We’ll greet you with a warm
hello and a friendly smile as we listen attentively to your needs. We appreciate the
opportunity to create for you and will do our best to help you choose the perfect floral
arrangement from our custom-curated collection. If you have a unique vision, we can
design a bespoke arrangement to bring it to life with flowers.

Our Commitment to You
Since Beach Plum opened its doors in 1991, we have been serving the greater
Newburyport community and we humbly appreciate every one of our customers, and to
show our commitment, we offer this guarantee:

"We guarantee that all floral arrangements will stay fresh for five days after delivery. We
guarantee our plants will be fresh and in good condition when they arrive. If they are
not, please call us at the first sign of trouble. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we
will make every effort to reach a resolution that meets your satisfaction."

Delivery Policy and Philosophy
We strive to do our best and accommodate our customers’ unique delivery wishes.
However, we cannot always guarantee delivery at a specific time. To request a specific
delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field at on-line
checkout, and we will try to comply.
